3:3 Breathing

Inhale for 3 seconds, then exhale for 3 seconds.

3:4 Breathing

Inhale for 3 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds.

4:4 Breathing

Inhale for 4 seconds, then exhale for 4 seconds.

4:6 Breathing

Inhale for 4 seconds and exhale for 6 seconds.

Inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, and exhale for 3 seconds.
